We have introduced an Automatic Withdrawal service for eligible clients, designed to speed up the processing of certain withdrawal requests.
What is Automatic Withdrawal?
Automatic Withdrawal allows approved clients to have their withdrawal requests processed automatically — without manual review — provided specific eligibility criteria are met.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for Automatic Withdrawal:
You must be an approved client.
You must have previously deposited using the same payment method.
The withdrawal must be made back to the original source of funds (in line with our return-to-source policy).
Withdrawal Limits
The following limits apply to Automatic Withdrawals:
Up to 1,000 per day
Up to 2,000 per week
Up to 5,000 per month
If a withdrawal request exceeds these limits, or does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be processed according to the standard withdrawal procedure described in this Help Center section.
Important Notes
This service is an additional feature and does not replace the existing withdrawal process.
All other withdrawal conditions, compliance checks, and policies remain applicable.
Processing times may still depend on the payment provider once funds are released.
